 Anywhere

What is it?  (click to view tutorial)

Anywhere allows you to make and receive calls from any device, at any location, with only one phone number, one dial plan, one voice mailbox, and a unified set of features.

How does it work?
Anywhere is a means to make the connection between your mobile phone and your desk phone work better.  For example, you can call colleagues from your mobile phone using your four-digit extension, move calls seamlessly from a desk phone to a mobile phone when an important call needs to travel with the user, and move a call from a mobile phone to a land-line phone so others can listen in on the speaker phone.

How do I activate it?
First, make sure that your account is set up for Anywhere functionality by contacting your system administrator.

Anywhere is controlled from the Loki User WebPortal or the UC-One Communicator app.

After login to webportal and navigating to your Calling Features tab, select Call Control from the drop down menu.
