Call Forwarding Not Reachable allows you to forward all your incoming calls to a different phone number or SIP-URI when your device is not accessible by the Epik system. Note that the address (phone number or SIP-URI) you forward your calls to must be permitted by your outgoing calling plan. You can also set the phone number or SIP-URI to forward to using the feature access code.
 

You use this page to forward all your incoming calls to a different phone number or SIP-URI when your device is not accessible by the Epik system

NOTE 1:  The forwarding address must be permitted by your outgoing calling plan.

NOTE 2:  The Call Forwarding Not Reachable (CFNR) service can be activated and configured with a feature access code (FAC) (How to view your Feature Access Codes via user WebPortal) (by default, *94), and deactivated by another FAC (*95).  This is similar to the activation/deactivation of the other existing Call Forwarding services.

Steps

Details

  1. Turn Call Forwarding Not Reachable on or off.

Click "On" or "Off."  When on, Call Forward Not Reachable forwards your calls to the address you define in the *Calls Forward to phone number/SIP-URI text box.

 

  1. Define your forwarding address.

In the *Calls Forward to phone number/SIP-URI text box, enter the phone number or address where the incoming call should be redirected when your device is unreachable.
 

 

  1. Save your changes.

Click Save.
