Navigate to the Epik SmartBilling Portal and login using your Epik provided username/password

After you login you'll be directed to your "My Account" screen:

You have an option to change your Epik assigned password. To do this, click on the company link at the top of the screen

then click the "change password" box, which reveals the password entries fields.

You can navigate within the portal by clicking on the tabs at the top of the screen

For example, clicking on "Reports" tab and then the "Usage" link will navigate to the page that provides details about your long distance usage...

...which also provides a handy link to download the info as a .csv file.

Clicking on the "Services" tab and the hyperlink in the services column...

....will navigate to the page that lists your subscribed services.
