A Media Access Control address (MAC address) is a 12 digit unique identifier assigned to network interfaces for communications on the physical network segment. It is sometimes called a physical address. Logically, MAC addresses are used in the Media Access Control protocol sub-layer of the OSI reference model.

At back of the Phones, the MAC address can be found on a white sticker on the bottom of the phone, labeled 'MAC'
